There are several ways to charge your Nissan LEAF. At home, most owners opt for Type 2 charging. On the go? A wide network of public charging stations also offer Type 2, while an increasing number offer 50 kW CHAdeMO capability.

At home, the office, or on the road:

There are two charging cables you can use to charge your LEAF at home or on the road. The optional home charging EVSE cable can be plugged into a 220V designated socket for overnight charging. The 240V Type2 cable can be plugged into a dedicated AC Charger at home, at work or on the road.

Plug into a regular electrical outlet: The Nissan LEAF can be charged by a EVSE charging cable, available as a costed option. Just plug it directly into a regular, designated wall socket and start charging!
